Out-of-Warranty Diagnostic Fee: $45.00
• A device brought in that is physically damaged, regardless of warranty status, will be charged the Out-of-Warranty Diagnostic Fee.
Out-of-Warranty Labor Rate: $95.00 per hour
• Expedited Service (moving to the head of our repair queue) is an additional $100.00 regardless of warranty status.
Data Transfer (Mac-to-Mac): $50.00
Data Transfer (PC-to-Mac): $75.00
• Data transfers from non-working devices will be charged the Out-of-Warranty Labor Rate.
